1. First Register here:

2. Click Sign-Up

3. Select the country or region where you live: Philippines

4. Then choose the type of account : Premier Account or if you wanna do business in the internet choose Business Account

5. Click Continue

6. Then fill-up the  PayPal Account Owner Contact Information be sure that you use a valid email account  you'll be using that email for online transactions.

7. at the "Add Bank Card (Recommended) you can click the Cancel at the Bottom if you don't have  EoN CyberAccount. You can add it later if you already have.

8. Last you have to confirm it Click Continue.

9. Now open you email address and and look for "Activate your Paypal Account!" then open it and  click the  "Click here to activate your account"

10. Then its done...

if you want to be a verified member be sure that you already have a EoN CyberAccount. If you already have an account here's what you gonna do:

1. Go to http://www.paypal.com and login your account.

2. next click Status: Philippine - Unverified

3. then click Get Verified!

4. Then fill-up the Add Card.. Choose Visa in the Card Type.

5. Done!

6. Just wait for the confirmation 3 - 7 days
